Hello
I ordered an Xbox series X and added it to my monthly bill on 13 June 2024. The bundle came with 24 months of Xbox game pass ultimate and £140 EE GameCard. I received the game card, however, I haven't gotten a code or text to claim the game pass. There's no option for calling to discuss this. How much longer do I have to wait? Who can I talk to?

Hi it was ordered on 23rd.
i am now aware game card will be 14 days.
I am trying to sort game pass and I now have the link, I’m putting my number in for a pin but it’s not working. Technical difficulties

I finally got games pass activated but it says it's for 1 month, it's meant to be a year. And I have still not got my game card, texting 150 is useless for that as it doesn't seem to work. I've had this for just over 2 week now.

It's been over 14 days since I ordered the xbox and I still haven't received any text from EE to activate the xbox pass. What's going on? 😞

@JayJayBank @Have you had this resolved? I’ve been on to EE this morning and been advised to send an email. Really frustrating!
