Hella chill skin, i’m never going to receive this promised reward

At this point i’m drawn to believe i was never going to get a code for this skin. after months of waiting and being patient, contacting customer services and receiving great help in these forum, EE have stopped contact with me and concluded my issue as ‘Solved’.

Any attempt i’ve made through customer services just gets the ‘Solved’ title even tho it’s not solved. Or i get the response ‘this offer is no longer available’.

Typically i’d understand that EE ran out of codes or simply didn’t have a large supply. But eBay results for those codes are abundant, always refreshing and new ones are popping up with brand new seller accounts. Which leads me to believe these codes are still available.

I was also instructed ‘if you want to skin so bad, buy the code off eBay’. which wasn’t in the terms and conditions of this offer, nor was it explained that i wouldn’t receive a code due to stock.

I’ve been in contact with a legal team, who have expressed that my order has not been fulfilled, and to continue to seek help on this matter via EE forums and customer service.

I hope this can be dealt with, and above all else i understand EE doesn’t have an unlimited number of these codes, but i was offered something you couldn’t fulfill and that isn’t okay.

@bott1  It’s while stocks last of the code.  Anyone selling on eBay could potentially be a scam as they don’t have new codes as they are none left for EE to give out so they are certainly not getting them from EE.
