Unable to activate Xbox Games Pass Ultimate

I subscribed to EE broadband and couple of months ago and got a free 12 months Xbox Games Pass Ultimate. I got the text message to confirm this. I have tried to click on the link in the text but it redirects to my account without a way to activate the games pass.

Any ideas how I redeem this? Thanks

Welcome to the community.

If you login to your EE account online or on the EE App and go to your subscriptions, are you able to see the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? 

If you don't see this, I'd recommend giving our broadband guides a call, they will be able to access your account and help get this sorted.
