EE game card code not gounf

Got a switch via EE they sent me a gamecard code I can type that into the balance to check how much ive got, but it won't let me buy anything because it says card number not found any help on the matter much appreciated

Please don't share these in public, but did you get both the code and 4 digit PIN for using your GameCard?

Also have you tried checking out our help page for this, that gives you the details for how to reach out to the GameCard team for help too?
