EE gaming card purchased

I have recently purchased an EE gaming card along with a game console. when will have receive anything about the card as the console has been delivered.

You should recieve your Gamecard information via text. If it has been more than 2 working days since you received the console and you have no text, please try texting EE GameCard to 150. 

If that does not work please give our team a call on 150 and they will be able to help with getting your GameCard sent over.

its been a week since the console was delivered. Texting GameCard to 150 doesn't work. I have called now twice to chase & was told something would happen on Friday 5th. Now Monday & still nothing. I'm disappointed.

I’m really sorry this still hasn’t been resolved after your previous calls. I’d recommend  getting back in touch with our team, they’ll be able to look into this further to make sure it’s sorted for you and if needed, this can be escalated.
