Hi, does anyone know why I can’t add a Nintendo switch gaming bundle to my account? Just coming up with an error message saying “we can’t load this right now, there’s a problem getting the information you need. Try again later or contact us if it’s urgent”?

How long have you been trying to add this and been getting an error? Can you otherwise manage your online account and see bills etc?

Hi, I sorted this in the end, I had to order it through live chat with EE, I still haven’t received a confirmation email though after a few hours, is this normal? Thanks

Have you checked your junk/spam folder for the confirmation email?

Hi, yes I have checked the junk/ spam folders and it’s not in there, have tried to speak to EE on live chat but haven’t had a reply from 3 hours ago.
