I have spoken to three members of the EE team on three separate occasions, all of which have assured me that they will be adding the Xbox Game Pass to my account, all of which have failed for over two months now.
I had the 12 months Xbox Game Pass encompassed as part of my inital joining up offer over two months ago as part of my 1Gbit broadband package. Despite complaining about this several times, this has not been added to my account.
Please advise.

Hey bud,
Appreciate you reaching out. I did reply on yours just basically saying I was in the same situation but didn't want to hijack your thread.
Sadly i've given the call handler my details (for that offline form) a couple of times but this hasn't worked. I spoke to a member of the team today on the phone and they have agreed to chase up with me next week - frustrating to say the least!
Hopefully I'll see a remedy over the next week or so. Glad you got yours sorted.

Good stuff, just in case they did not tell you - when you come to redeem it, it will show as only a monthly pass, but it is in fact annual. Thought I'd give you the heads up just in case, and to potentially save another call.
