Just switched from BT to EE, but keep getting a white sceeen with " blocked " message when trying to access my account, or any other EE link, also getting it when i try just to go on EE site from my browser
Tried switching browser, still the same - Phoned BT & EE but no one has a clue
I see there are many posts on line about same problem, going back several months, but no solutions
Luckily I am still within 14 day period so as BT no longer available, i can still switch to Sky or another provider

Welcome to the community,
Where are you trying to access your account, is it via the browser and which one?
Are you sure that you do not have Private browser set up, as that might be why?
Is this using your phone or laptop or computer?
Usually they are problems with the EE App.
Are you using the same details as when you signed up with EE, that is email address and password?

I didnt actually receive any response from EE, when i managed to actually speak to someone, they reacted as if this problem had never occured before, despite the EE forum being full of similar problems, but I have just been trying to get onto various sections of the website, and to my account, and I have been able to, so not sure if the problem has just resolved itself, or if this is a temporary reprieve ?

I have the same problem..must be a switching fault,,still no Xbox game pass as every time I try to get the pass , the BLOCKED white page come up, pure **bleep**

Our customer care team will be able to chase your Game Pass and look into the error you are receiving when trying to access your EE account online.

Hi @Eddy251, welcome to the EE Community!
Have you had a chance to try this through a different browser / device or the app like @Schockwave recommended?
At what point are you seeing this error come up too, is it when you enter your details, or somewhere else?
