I have been trying for 3 days to gift Data to my daughter. I've gone online and you can only gift it via the app.
for my daughters safety this is totally unacceptable and isn't just a quick fix.
When is this going to be resolved?

What do you see when you try to gift in the app?
Have you tried to delete the app and install it again?

I've had so many problems with the app lately too - today it asked me to update it and when I did, I can't login now, it just keeps taking me round in circles. In answer to the other query, the only way I have been able to gift data lately is by logging in on the website and doing it that way. Your services have been terrible lately.

I'm pleased to hear that you've been able to use your main online account as a backup to get access to everything you need.
Have you tried to delete the app and reinstall it?
Is the device you're using also fully up to date with any software updates?

Yes I have and it keeps doing the same thing - it takes me to the page to login in, in a loop.

Have you also tried to remove any cookies/cache to see if this does the trick?
If you're still no further forward after trying all of these steps, then I'd suggest calling us so we can work on getting this resolved for you.
