@Ramona2023 this is a public forum not customer services if you need to speak with customer services you can either call them or if you’re a contract customer you can use live chat via your online EE account

If you're a pay monthly customer, you can live chat through the EE App. If you're not able to do that, you'll need to call us from another phone.

@Ramona2023 : What subscription are you talking about? Do you mean a subscription pack? If so, there is no Live Chat for PAYG.
