Unable to view upgrade or my shop on app or website regardless of device.

Hi, I am unable to view upgrades or access my shop on the website or the app. I have tried on various devices, browsers and I've tried clearing cookies etc. None of those steps resolve the issue.  Below are just some screenshots of how this issue presents. I am for whatever reason able to view accessories in the shop when logged in but nothing else, not phones, sim only plans etc. However, as soon as I log out, I can look at it all. Obviously that presents an issue in that I'd like to upgrade soon and would like to view deals available to me as a customer. Is there any way to resolve this on my end before resorting to calling, which I would really prefer to avoid?

Hi @OLAS 

Since this is happening on both the app and the desktop site, it points to it possible being an issue with your account. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into this for you.
