Data Add - ons

I've been texting 150 with ADD DATA.  No response.  I've tried 4 times. In App and the website there is no "Menu" button to drop on to Add Ons.   It's circular and not helpful.  Can you direct me? [Mod edit: Move to new thread and add title]
