There's something wrong with loging on to MyEE app. I have tried changing my password, but it still didn't work.
the page said "looks like you're not the account holder".

Do you this issue as soon as you try to login to the app, or just when you're trying to upgrade?

@Skadi , could you check here to see if the number you are logging in with actually says account holder or user:,
