How long does it take to be able to view your upgrade options after switching from physical sim to esim?

I used to see the options in my ee app and website but I'm ineligible to upgrade after changing my phone and switching to esim.

Anyone experiencing similar issue??

No idea why it does not show, sorry. I thought it would, at least via the EE website.

It shows on the link the "UP to 150" provided but when I use the ee app it still doesn't show.

Anyway thanks
