Adding phone

App always been improved

Most of the week the ee app to deal with parental control thats all i get , I’ve deleted in re installed it still always app being improved when i need all week due to keeping my son in his consistent sleep schedule with his adhd

Recently moved to EE broadband . Been struggling to link my account to the EE app. Keeps saying details are different. But been using the same details I purchased with.  Any ideas what could be wrong .
