Just spent two hours trying to update my account details!
Since switching in April this year I appear to now have six different accounts. I have had so many problems with EE that I wonder what is going on?
EE stands for Everything Everywhere ?
They need to sort it all out...

I am sorry you are having an issue updating your account details, which account details is it you are trying to update and what is happening when you try?
Do you mean you have multiple different online account or actual billing accounts?
