My wife wants to use her EE online account but I cannot log out of mine, keep getting directed to a page that asks for a phone number.  Yet again big corporation that has useless customer services, broken Britain why does nothing work?

Live chat window not popping up

Hi I usually upgrade via the live chat option but I have tried different windows and different browsers and the window no longer pops up - is this no longer an option?  Thanks
