How do I do this as I asked when got a phone call to get a sim only contract

@Stevens3  You can call customer services and with a credit card to pay a refundable token to have content locked removed or you can go to a store with photo ID as you need to prove that you’re over 18 to have content lock removed. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Can you do this online?!

I would recommend contacting our Mobile Care team or popping into your nearest EE store with ID.

I did this but content lock is still in place what should I do now 

I went in to a store with I'd and they said it would be off in a few days but it's still on what do I do now
