The contract for my Samsung S21+ ended on the 7th of March and I have been attempting to upgrade to the new S23+ since then, however, when I select trade-in and select my current phone model I get the warning "You currently have another discount applied. You are not currently eligible for trade in as we have already applied another discount to your phone." I have no idea what discount they're mentioning and I need some help thank you.

Hi @Leanne_T , I'm checking my add-ons and Inclusive and only have 4: Wifi Coverage Boost, 20GB HBB Data Boost, Swappable Benefits and Endless lower speed data. As a reference, 2 years ago I was allowed to trade my last phone.

You have selected upgrade and not a new additional contract? This would add a multi-line discount.
