I am unable to gift data. I have 3 numbers under my account. For 2 of them (currently we are out of the UK) says we have 0 data. So I am unable to gift data from mine to the 3rd number still in the UK. With an EE internet cut recently it was very important that I gift data. Tried clearing the cache from apps but didn't work.

Having the same issue and it didn’t works. App says I have zero data under my number when I haven't used any this month as I am out of country and no roaming charges eitber. Trying to gift data to another number under my account as the holder of that number is still in the UK.

Did your allowance refresh when you were outside of the UK? If you are outside your price plans standard countries when your monthly allowances refresh on your bill date the main account holder will not be able to gift data until you return to the UK.

I'm still in the UK and having the same problem, it won't let me gift data to a 3rd number on my account. The data has been refreshed yet I still can't gift any across

Do you get an error message when you try and gift data?
Does this number have any data remaining?
