@hafid212  Try restarting the device a few times.   It can take up-to 24 hours to activate.  It’s usually only a few hours though 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I am from Morocco and the card arrives. Is it not possible to activate it or do I have to? I am from Morocco and the card is delivered. Is it not possible to activate it or do I have to charge it?

Are you currently in the UK?

SIMs need to be activated in the UK on the EE network.
