I am tge main account hold and as such I was able to keep track of all my plans that was until I added another device. When I was purchasing I was asked to enter a mobile number, but it wouldn't accept mine for some reason, so I tried another number in my plans. I was then able to complete purchase. Since then I haven't been able to access being main account holder via my number. The only account I can access is tge plan I temporarily used tgat other number for. I have tried using different password and also a different email, nothing has worked. Being main account holder, how do I get back to access of my plans?.

If you select Menu in the My EE account, can you view your number on the account?
