Signed into my account
I pay my bills. Due upgrade however when logged in and press this option a message comes on and states “it looks like your not the account holder please contact the account holder to upgrade you phone “
does anyone know why it is doing this ?

I am sorry to hear this.
The account looks to have been set up as a user rather than the account holder.
If you are the account holder please give us a call on 150 and our customer care team will get this changed for you.

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
