Unable to claim a free boost

When I try to claim my latest free boost, I get the two boxes with 50 minutes or 500MB but am unable to click either of them. Never had trouble in the past.

My EE account

whenever I log into my account it tells me I need to add a device when I add my number it tells me a main user already exists with that number?
