New app

I have been trying to access the app but for two days it came up with its being updated. Eventually i uninstalled and tried to install the new "improved " app but after downloading it fails to install. For a communication company EE is terrible at communication. I'll be looking to move to another provider as EE really dont care or are unable to run a system

Did you completely delete the old app? Could you try restarting your phone and trying it again please?
