I just changed my sim card. The old sim card wasn't used for over 9 months. However my app still only recognise my old sim number even though I edited my personal details mobile contact number (new sim number). Please help on how I can get the app to recognise the new sim number.

Your Profile's contact no. isn't necessarily the mobile no. registered to your SIM. For that you need to go in your online MyEE to Menu > A/c Settings > Add an A/c.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@Guest07  Your old sim/number was for that account you now have a new phone number so you need a new account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for the answers. However, I cannot find the menu to change my account or add a new account. Please walk through slowly how to do that. Thanks.

Isn't that the MyEE App? I said use the online MyEE (thro' a browser).

That image won't be approved as it reveals your mobile no. on this public site.

Don't recognise that; it's not like I see it. Can you use a diff browser?

What do you get when you click on that 3-bar gate @ bottom R?
