I just changed my sim card. The old sim card wasn't used for over 9 months. However my app still only recognise my old sim number even though I edited my personal details mobile contact number (new sim number). Please help on how I can get the app to recognise the new sim number.

I managed to get on my mobile the online MyEE much like you posted 3 posts ago. From that you needed to go to the 3-bar gate Menu @ top L > My EE > My EE Mobile & then follow the path I originally gave.
