How is shutting website an improvement? Please explain.

@354-   Does it work now ?  As I can now login to my account 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B  - Able to view the info now.

Also when I text BA/AL to 150 at the time, to check. 150 returned, saying I was not an EE customer, also text "number" to 150, it said I was not an EE customer.

Dialled 150 to listen to the lady's voice for balance, she was able to say the correct balance.

Everything has caught up now and working and displaying.

 

This is the third day the website has been shut. I need to transfer data
from my tablet to my mobile. If the data hasn't been transferred by Monday
5th I forfeit something I have paid for.
