Hi, my EE states that I am not the bill payer and I can’t upgrade my phone. I am the bill holder. Any tips of how to update this? I have tried to follow instructions previously given but unable to locate the settings stated in the instructions given

Register problems

I keep being asked to register number to EE but when I put my number in it says already have account with this number so have no others number's to add so please how do I get rid of move on its doing my nut in help!!

Upgrade

My contract runs out on the first of march and I'm trying to get a new phone but I can't look at any on the Er Website which is really frustrating. I keep reloading the page lik it say to do but nothing happens and I keep getting the same message
