Why can’t I log in to my account

@trikiedave15   Have you looked at any of the other comments on this forum about this ?     

 Have you tried clearing the cache on your device?
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?      

Can you access your online account?   If you can not access your online account ( not the app ) you need to call customer service and request an account reset.
