Welcome to the community,

Nothing wrong with the app, try shutting it down and then opening it again, also make sure you have the latest one, uninstall it and reinstall it, if none of this works, speak to customer service and they can reset your account.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
