Been trying to get access to app for 48 hours still being up graded. Not much use having a mobile provider you can't use

Welcome to the community,
The app is working, try shutting it down and then opening it again, otherwise uninstall and reinstall, make sure you have the latest one. If none of these work, speak to customer service so that they can reset your account.
You should be able to log-in via the website.
