Downloading Bills!

Hi Folks,I can find and download all my current and previous bills except August 2022!I've logged out, turned the computer on and off, logged back in and it still won't download.Anybody got any idea how to sort this?RegardsSkidlid

Why has the app stopped working  It's been a week now the message keeps popping up we are working on the app. It's doesn't take that long to upgrade app, change app , modify app. Come on EE get your act together

The app is saying I’m not the account holder, I’ve always been the account holder from the start when I opened the account
