EE app not working

My EE app won't open. Doesn't even start up. After pressing the app icon a few times it throws up a message saying 'My EE failed to start several times. Restore it by clearing it's history?'. Clearing cache doesn't help. Uninstalling and reinstalling...

Not letting me buy anything

It won’t let me buy anything and it said I have to have a ee phone number and ee broadband and I have to join ee chats but I haven’t got either 

I’ve been with ee for 25 years but this app has convinced my it’s time to leave

Can't get ee app to recognise my new number

I just changed my sim card. The old sim card wasn't used for over 9 months. However my app still only recognise my old sim number even though I edited my personal details mobile contact number (new sim number). Please help on how I can get the app to...
