Why is the ee app not working for such a long while?

Hi @kathweekes,

Do you have an Android phone?

If so, I'd recommend clearing your app cache and data to see if that helps.

You can also try reinstalling the app.

There is a web version of My EE which you can access by clicking the link in my signature.
