Since you have updated your app 

it is impossible for me to look at my bills and usage 

I think I will leave EE and go back to 02

@10bayberry  Have you cleared your device cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.    Have you tried logging to your online account to view your bills ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
