Just moved back to EE after 6 months with Plusnet onto a monthly SIM. My old EE account was still active however when I log onto it there are no details of the new plan listed. I cannot register as a new customer as my email address is not accepted because it is still associated with my old account - I thought this could be a problem when I rejoined but customer services said it would be OK - any ideas? Thanks.

You need to call CS to delete your old MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired.

I can't speak to CS as the automated service says my mobile number I am porting over is in to recognised and it ends the call 😞

@ljsaflyrfcbv : You should be using your EE SIM's temp no.
Try calling EE Sales on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
