EE app has not been working for weeks! How to check how much data I have?

App not working

The EE app is down and not working, cannot gift dara and it’s been like this for almost a month now, it doesn’t even perform the most basic functions. Such poor service with no solution in sight. Need to get off EE, really downhill recently.
