I’m travelling abroad today and have no way of accessing my account to change my perks. I pay EE a lot for my contract which I can barely use due to signal and 4/5g issues but now I can’t even access my own account to make use of the service I’m paying for.

Can you not access your EE app or online account via wifi.
Have you checked your local network for issues.
