Resolved! Data add on

How do i add data?  i have ran out of data, but the ee app and online account aren’t working,  tried calling 150 and texting 150 but having no luck i just want more data to get me through to 29th

Upgrade but can’t get through to EE

I upgraded my phone last night went all the way through then email saying thank you for your order can you ring us to verify I have been trying all day but just can’t get through
