such bad website

guys....... honestly what is wrong with this website... i can't see my orders. i can't load a bill on the app.. the page just keeps refreshing?????????? causes me so much stress .... i child of 10yr old could build a better site  teeee end

Dreadful EE website

Why did you make your website so horrible? It's slow and unresponsive. I'm on 130 wifi here.  Links do not work. Pages do not load up. Bad experience. 

Can’t view bills online. It’s been a week. Useless!

I spent over two hours today on chat with EE which was a total waste of time. i can’t view any of my bills to check if I’ve been charged correctly. Error message online. Was told to clear cache, delete app, reinstall app, try a different browser etc ...

the app today seems to take forever to load (about 5 minutes) then a popup says "it seems like you have lost signal" but i can log in via a web browser on the same mobile signal without a problem so its obviously the app which is at fault.i've cleare...
