Phone unlinked from account

At about the start of the year, me and my mum called EE to change the details on the account as I began paying for my phone bill. After we called, my details were unlinked, making it not possible to see any of the fetaild relating to my phone. 

I called again last week to see if I could get it sorted out as I just haven't had the time to try again until now. I was told it'd take between 2 and 3 business days, as the account had errors on it. It should be in my name, not my mum's, have all my details, etc. And yet it didn't, which made it harder to put all my phone details onto my account again. 

 

It's been 7 days including weekends. The details haven't been transfered. I've checked the EE app and the EE website. I've uses two different devices to check it. 

 

Can someone PLEASE link my information to my account.

@Harryw02 : Now you need to link your phone no. yourself to your own EE a/c having your own email addy.

I try to do that, but it just comes up saying I need to call EE or go into a store. Which is why I called them originally.
