Changed broadband and tv from BT to ee. Tyring to set up app ee but not received verification email for account number

Hi leanne

Received new tv box told router wouldn't be changed. Changed from BT to ee last week said I should receive verification email within 24 hours

Have you checked your junk/spam email folders for the email?
