there is error when i try to check my mobile for the bills & payments and plans & subscriptions 

by the way, i can check the broadband bills and plans

yes, i was linked my mobile and broadband ( i can see the bills and plan information well) accounts.

and i am using EE app and EE account online both. 

there is same error app and laptop. 

it might to be conflicted two number with my accounts.
