EE app and website

Delete an EE account I don’t use.

I have two accounts with EE registered with two different email addresses. I want to delete the account that I don’t use as it has no products linked to it and it’s just an account on a data base that serves no purpose. Do I have to get EE to do this...

The app & the automated text isn’t working…. Getting told be back soon doesn’t help! can some one come back with when this will be sorted.

Can’t make any calls cant text can’t pay my bill the free messaging service isn’t working what is going on
