Accessing app

I can not access my EE app as it tells me I haven't linked my mobile to my EE account however I have. When I try and link the device once more it states 'An account holder and main user for this number already exist.'Can anyone help?

Cant find my profile

I tried to login to MyEE on mobile and web this morning. Signin part is OK, an auth token is issued but the API calls to find my identity are returning a 404 - have you broken something EE?
