Viewing broadband A/C on the app

EE still can't sort out my access via the website or app to view my broadband and TV bills, bills etc. All I get is it will be sorted in 3 days, two weeks later still no access.

M8 I can't even find the area on the web site to log in to view the bill nevermind pay it
