Can’t manage my Broadband and TV online

Switched my BT broadband and TV 4 months ago, despite numerous calls to EE I can’t manage broadband or TV on either the website or the app.  Have been told it’s a BT to EE migration issue, but no sign of it being fixed.  Pretty poor, especially as I can’t manage my TV package - I wonder if it give me grounds to cancel?

Not as long as you but it's a shambles.  Paying for packages I can't get in and activate. They don't seem able to resolve.

WiFi discs have now stopped working too even of I try the ethernet reset approach. 

It was described as a seemless process. 

Digital phone, broadband, TV all show as get in the app yet I should have them. Try and go into the relevant tile and get the It's not you it's us message.
