EE APP dont work properly, keeps saying cant connect to the servers and can't load your details but can still see my bill and account etc....but i can't upgrade my phone or add say a games console to my plan, spoke to EE on the phone and they couldn'...

Can’t link products

I joined EE today and made this account and activated my sim. When I try to link the products on the my EE it says “Check you’ve entered an 11 digit EE mobile number” I’m using the right number as I’m using it to text and call and I’ve tested it out ...

can anyone help me I was having an issue with the app so I removed it and then redownloaded but now when I put my email it won't let me press the next button so I can put my password in but let sign in just fine on my iPad
