Inability to upgrade secondary mobile on account!

Unable to upgrade secondary number on account, seems the issue has been about since at least last year, how can this remain unresolved. Numerous errors when using the website, functionality very poor, must be extremely distressing for vulnerable customers.  Hugely frustrating and ridiculous that I cannot manage my own account...

@G_Down   Exactly what issue are you having  trying to upgrade that line ?   What’s going wrong?
