I keep getting an error message when I try to log in to my account via the website.
Once logged in I can’t view my account home page as there’s just an error message saying ‘We can't load this right now.. There's a problem getting the information to you. Try again or get in touch if it's urgent'
I have always been able to access my bills via the website and not experienced these problems before.
This has been happening for months now and I really need to access my bills.

I know how important it is to be able to view your bills.
Does the same thing happen if you login through a different browser or device?
Have you been able to try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser?
If you login through the EE app do you see the same error?

Im getting the same problem, customer service no help at all.

Yes this happens on both Safari & Chrome.
I have cleared all cookies and cache and still get the same message.
I can access my personal account but the issues are with the business account.

Unfortunately, I’ve the same issue, the tech team can see my mobile and broadband accounts online, they tell me they need merging together, unfortunately nobody can seem to merge them. It’s been ongoing for 6 months now, very frustrating and disappointing. 🙄
